Sky Beal is an interdisciplinary artist and designer based in Austin, Texas, whose work exists at the intersection of imagination, material, and experience. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Texas at San Antonio (2017), Sky has dedicated their life to pushing the boundaries of creative expression.

Working fluidly across disciplines, Sky’s practice spans 2D mixed media, sculpture, and large-scale fabrication. Regardless of medium, the intention remains the same: to disrupt the familiar. 

Rooted in observation yet driven by experimentation, Sky draws inspiration from the entirety of the living world—humans, animals, plants, and organic forms alike. Her work distorts and reconstructs these elements into something entirely new. Through this process, she challenges context, encouraging audiences to see, feel, and interpret beyond what is expected.

Professionally, Sky’s background is deeply embedded in creative production and immersive art. Their experience includes work in large-scale installations, scenic arts, and gallery environments, with roles spanning production, design, and execution. From collaborating on experiential spaces to managing gallery operations and producing custom works, Sky brings both creative vision and technical precision to every project.

In addition to immersive and production-based work, Sky offers custom commissions across residential, commercial, and public spaces. Whether developing murals, sculptures, or fully fabricated environments, they approach each collaboration with intention, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
